Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer to provide services, a binding contract, a warranty, or professional advice. Any commercial relationship with Dunham Digital LLC is established only through a separate, signed written agreement.

Use of any Dunham Digital product, software, application, or service is governed by a product-specific Master Services Agreement, Subscription Agreement, Business Associate Agreement, and/or Data Processing Addendum executed between Dunham Digital LLC and the customer of that product. Those agreements are not contained on this Site, and references to a product on this Site do not modify or supersede them.

Please don’t scrape the Site at a rate that burdens our infrastructure, attempt to bypass security or authentication measures, introduce malware, or republish substantial portions of the Site for commercial purposes without our written permission.

The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, and code, is owned by Dunham Digital LLC or its licensors. “Dunham Digital Group,” “Dunham Digital,” “Stormline,” and “Chairback” are trademarks of Dunham Digital LLC.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. The exclusive venue for any action arising out of these Terms or the Site is the state and federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah.
